In our world today, we believe that everyone is searching for complete fulfillment – an inner contentment. People are searching for that one thing that will give us joy, peace, and happiness. As we move through life, we try many things in search of that contentment. We put our trust in relationships, accomplishments, recognition, pleasure, and wealth, only to find that they all come up short.

At Charlotte First Wesleyan, we believe that each person needs to be plugged into a body of believers – a place where you can grow and learn to be a complete follower of Jesus Christ; a place where we can share His love with each other; a place where individuals feel free to take His love outside the church walls and share it with the community around us.

Real love is not something we just say. It is something we do. Real love is serving others and putting them before ourselves. That is just what Jesus did. He put you and me before His own needs. Real love is all about discovering His love, growing in His love, sharing His love, and serving the community with His love.

And that, my friends, is real fulfillment.
